ARGENTINA WON THE FIRST PLACE OF THE COPA MAYA 2012!

It is in Mexico City that has just been held from the 28^th to August 30^th, the 3^rd edition of Copa Maya, the Latin America selection for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.

The Contest took place as part of the Abastur trade fair. Eight countries of Latin America were competing against each other: Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Brazil and Uruguay.

It is thus Argentina which won in front of Brazil and Colombia.

These three countries will find themselves face to face during the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, in Lyon, as part of the Sirha - The Salon International de la Restauration, de l’Hôtellerie et de l’Alimentatio. http://www.sirha.com/
